Customer Service Executive - Immediate

Position:
Customer Service Executive for Telekom Streamyx Call Center (VADS BHD.)

Job Description:
To attend/answer inbound calls from customers, identify their problem and
solve the problems with the right solution regarding the product.

Requirements:
Diploma (RM1500)& Degree (RM1700)

Benefits:
Shift allowances + transportation allowances +
performance allowances. (Up to RM500)
Mandarin speaker allowances: RM300

TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED!!

Working Hours:
- 5 days a week, 8 hours per day (Shift working hours)
- Earlier shift 7.00 am and last shifts end 2.00 am

Work Location:
- TTDI
- Semua House
- Kelana Jaya
